I started working as a volunteer for my local YMCA charity shop a couple of weeks ago. Initially I was meant to be working 4 hours a day, two days a week, but they asked me to come in today and I've now agreed to do Wednesdays permanently. Today was meant to be steady with customers. But we had a visit from two managers and it was chaos for a while. But we managed. Sometimes, if there are too many of you, it can be a bit confusing.
But that has nothing to do with pigeons. This does. Later on, one curious pigeon decided to have a look around. The first time the manager on the shop floor managed to shoo him out the back door by herself. But he came back half an hour later. He decided to make for the sofa near the window. The manager asked me to help her. She tried to shoo him my way which was nearer the door but he was having none of that. instead he headed for D. I then shooed him toward the back door and D opened the door whilst I kept the changing room curtain closed to stop him from re-entering the shop! I dunno what made him so interested in our shop, lol.

First, did you ask him if he had money? He may have collected coins from a wishing fountain for years, and was ready to spend his disposable income on your goods! Gosh - I can't believe someone would discriminate against a pigeon! Maybe he was an animagus in disguise!
You just turned away a paying customer!
*snigger*
Either that, or Raibot is fwightening to pigeons. Scary Rai. Rawr. Oh wait...Raiwr....
:)
birds in buildings make me smile. Unless they are in my work, and they are a magpie and a noisy miner.
It is a little known fact that there is a WAR going on in Australia.
A WAR of bird against bird.
A WAR of black and white against grey and yellow.
A WAR.
Magpies vs. Noisy Miners
And god, they are annoying.
I forget what this comment was about.
An animagus in disguise? Isn't that pretty much what being an animagus is all about? The animal form IS the disguise...
But...oh no! I turned away a paying customer. Somehow, I don't think my manager would have been too inclined to believe me...
And Murgles, I've said it before and I'll say it again, if YOU don't know what the frig you're on about HOW do you expect US to know? *shakes head* ROFL.
LMAO.
I don't expect anyone to understand when it comes to my random ramblings. I just have fun with my words ^_^
Hahaha, I told my manager about the possibility of the pigeon being an animagus and she looked at me as if I were completely nuts! :D
